La comida deliciosa, el lugar da mucha paz, el personal sabe cómo dar un excelente servicio, me sentí muy a gusto. El gerente del hotel estuvo siempre muy pendiente de que los huéspedes se sientan a gusto.

La decoración, la tranquilidad y el servicio de la apersonas es maravilloso!

One of the worst hotels we stayed at this year. At first glance, the hotel looked amazing and, compared to other hotels in Guatapé, it was very expensive—mostly because of social media hype. When we arrived, the hotel was under renovation, very dusty and noisy. The jacuzzi didn’t really work and the water was freezing cold. The room was large and luxurious on one hand, but the bed was uncomfortable—very soft. Outside our room, there was a service room or something similar, which meant a constant parade of staff carrying chairs, trays, and other things. It was impossible to open the curtains and enjoy the view without losing all peace and quiet. The view from the hotel was indeed beautiful, and the food was excellent—credit where it’s due. The staff were all friendly and nice. During our stay, there was a fashion event or something similar, which completely ruined the experience. The noise was insane, and many “influencers” were running around the rooms. One of them even accidentally entered our room (probably had a master key because she was a friend of the hotel manager) and didn’t even apologize. It was really disrespectful. Because of the event, the gym was closed with no prior notice. We had originally booked two nights but canceled the second night because of all these issues. Overall, a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money. The food is the only reason to go, but don’t believe everything you see on social media. A very bad experience!

‏ I stay in this hotel before it was excellent now they have a new management a lot of stuff not working like for example that Jacuzzi they never came to clean our room. We came back late in the room was not clean. I will never come back.

The location, resort, and staff were great. The only down fall is that the bathroom did not have ventilation and the window in the bathroom felt like you did not have privacy, but besides that It was wonderful stay.

The views are excellent
