Check in process for was easy, staff was nice and gave me suggestions on where to eat. The room was clean.

Best customer service I’ve ever had. It’s nice to see that people do actually care about their guests experiences.

Motel cancelled my stay without calling me first to make sure . I had to book something else last minute and had to cut my trip short because of this. And Booking.com was not helpful in this matter either. I don’t recommend using their AI customer service chat for anything because it seems like they don’t follow up on what was said in the chat. If you decide to not want to cancel on a booking anymore, I suggest calling them first, instead of using their AI chat option .
