HACIENDA MONARCAS Resort

I thought it was gonna be a great place to stay ..service was good very friendly however our room was infested with mosquitoes and fly’s took 30-40 mins to kill everything when we first entered the room .. we ended up buying our own bug spray … Also there was no hot water we took cold showers .. definitely won’t be a retiring guest ..

Overall our stay was OK. The resort is nice overall. The areas of opportunity were the water inside the resort does not get hot, had to take cold showers. While the pool did look nice and clean there were a lot of dead bugs in the water. The jacuzzi was also cold. It was also not the easiest to locate based off the address. The GPS location is not the greatest. The best thing about the resort were the employees, they were very attentive, polite and as helpful as they could be.

Todo muy tranquilo, el personal muy amable, definitivamente volveremos a quedarnos en esta Hacienda.

It’s a extremely nice hotel for family, staff is super friendly. Bar drinks and food really good. Will be staying there again soon

Just in amazing beautiful island it’s great for families to enjoy a peaceful time very safe area . The staff are the best very nice very well attended by the resort. I will definitely be arranging another trip at this resort

Property was at a great location, sams club was 3 min or so away and so was little Cesars. I dont know about anyone else but mu kids love some cheesy breads from it. Everything else was around 10-15 min from Hotel. The Malecon, Playa Bonita, Lolita's restairant etc. I stood at a king size room with 2 king size bed and the room was very spacious! The bed was very comfortable, Alma and Craig were very curtious and helpful and were very accommodating of my needs. Craig communicated with me when i was both in US and Mexico! Alma was only a call away if i needed anything. Overall i would recommend this place, the pool and seating area's was excellent. Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. No complains at all

We couldn’t find the hotel. drove around for two hours looking for it, asked around but no one knew about the hotel.

This property was pleasantly surprising... It was quiet, clean and very neat.
