We enjoyed everything and had a relaxing stay

Prime location and the most comfortable beds, I felt like I was sleeping in a warm cloud. Clean and perfect facilities with a washer, dryer, full kitchen set up and amazing views whilst still managing to be nice and quiet. The host Julia is just amazing with her communication, and she gave us so many recommendations about what to do and where to eat in Winchester. We stayed as a family of 4 visiting our daughter who studies at The University of Winchester and we could walk everywhere we need to be.

Wat een geweldig appartement. Netjes, schoon en alls wat je nodig kunt hebben was aanwezig. Ruime slaapkamers en een mooie badkamer. En een aparte eetruimte met een ronde tafel. En Julia....wat een geweldige gastvrouw. Via de app kregen we allerlei nuttige informatie over het appartement, maar ook over Winchester. Ook gaf ze duidelijke aanwijzingen hoe we naar het centrum en de Kerstmarkt moesten lopen. En wat is Winchester een gezellige stad. Een mooie Kathedraal, leuke winkeltjes en veel restaurants en cafeetjes. De Bishop on the bridge is een grote aanrader als je lekker wilt eten. En bij Alfies kun je gezellig wat drinken. Wij raden iedereen Julia's penthouse aan voor een verblijf in Winchester.

Quality property in perfect location. Julia couldnt have been more helpful. All videos and instructions were sent in advance and it felt like home from the moment we arrived.

Everything about the property is brilliant. The location is fantastic, literally just a few minutes from the high street and yet still in a peaceful location. Facility wise, it has absolutely everything you need to relax, be cosy, cook a full meal and get a great night's sleep. It is spotlessly clean, decorated and furnished to a high standard. Julia, the owner, is amazing with communications and genuine warmth to make sure you have what you need, know how things work and is an oracle of information with regards to recommendations about where to eat, shop and go in the local area. We will return for sure and can recommend this place for anyone to stay. It's truly brilliant

Modern, quiet apartment, kept very clean and well stocked with appliances. The building has a lift to the top floor, and the apartment is located within a 10 minutes walk from the bus and rail station. The shops are two minutes walk away. The owner, Julia, was extremely helpful and caring.

The Sky Penthouse lives up to its name! It is excellent in every detail and the host couldn’t have done a single thing more to make it perfect. Definitely will be back here again

The apartment is in the perfect location, close to everything you might need while still offering peace and quiet. It is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. What truly makes the experience outstanding, however, is the host. Communication was always quick, clear, and friendly, and she consistently went out of her way to ensure that every detail of the stay was perfect. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. I could not have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.
