The Sky Penthouse

The location of the property suited our needs perfectly. A very short stroll into town with simple access in and out of town. Our host Julia was incredibly attentive with attention to detail was second to none. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and was a joy to stay in.

The Sky Penthouse is truly the place to stay in Winchester. It's ideally located—just a short walk to the High Street, yet far enough from the crowds to enjoy peace, privacy, and quiet. The apartment is part of a property that features a beautiful communal English garden, which is simply spectacular. The penthouse has everything you could possibly need. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. The owner is kind, friendly, and sincere, which makes the entire experience even more special. This place is filled with love, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Winchester.

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment was spotless and very well decorated. It had an excellent, well-stocked kitchen. There was tea, instant coffee, milk, and even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. She had local brochures and magazines, a map of the city, umbrellas, and binoculars for us. She also sent videos of herself walking through the entrance process and the features of the apartment. The beds were downright luxurious. Can't think of one more thing she could have done.

Spacious and immaculate. Everything that might add comfort and make our stay better was there. It was quiet even though so close to the centre and the views from the windows very pleasant. Julia greeted us,was helpful and her directions and suggestions were clear and useful.

Location was fantastic. Julia put so much thought into little extras for us and was always available to provide information and tips. Apartment had leaflets on where to go and what to do. She's a fabulous host.

Julia was the perfect host, even though we never met! So helpful in the run upto the stay, advice on places to eat, shops, places of interest etc. She sent videos on everything we needed to know about the penthouse, from accessing the key box, to the parking and everything in-between. Super close to the shops and restaurants. A very handy lift if you don't want to take the stairs. Lovely and spacious penthouse with everything we needed, even a beautiful Christmas tree! We will be back!
