Unseriöse Geschäftsführung. Hatten uns die Buchung bereits vor mehr als ein halbes Jahr bestätigt, das Geld erhalten und damit gearbeitet. Kurzfristig vor Reiseantritt wurde die Buchung vom Hotel stornier (Begründung " Kurzurlauber wollen sie nicht"??? und waren dann nicht mehr erreichbar.

Likte egentlig ikke noe fra overnattingsstedet. Var ikke det som ble lovet i annonsen, og ble veldig skuffet.

Det jeg mislikte med overnattingen var at det var skittent på rommet. Det sto i annonsen at vi skulle få dobbeltseng , men dobbeltsengen var blitt kastet ut av vinduet. Det var småkryp på dørene og på gulvet.

Back hall bathroom shower sprayed all over. Bad fitting. Washer dryer in back hall bathroom did not work. Washer in downstairs room had laundry in it. No place to hanger a wet towel in room. Shower downstairs leaked also. Curtain rod in room # 1 was not mounted properly. No way to enter property without internet access. Phone did not work on local mobile network so entry without internet. Only French press coffee making.

The host was extremely kind and showed us where to find everything in the house, which, by the way, was beautiful. He was very attentive and friendly, and the apartment even had some food left by previous tenants, just as you could leave something for the next guests. I highly recommend this accommodation for any group of friends who want to enjoy Oslo and the lovely neighborhood where it is located, as well as an incredibly kind and attentive host.
