Pathetic experience, one room out of total four room we booked, had horrible AC water leakage. Full room full of water, room was not getting cold. Even after multiple complaints no action was taken. I want 100% refund. Manager denied any fix of ac and denied any discount.

Very bad experience.

Too much harassment from auto rickshaw drivers outside the hotel . Too much power outages and standby generator noise during late night hours causes sleep deprivation .

Staff were so helpful and friendly.

The staff behaviour is bad. They charged me the higher amount than what I booked from booking.com. I booked the hotel in CAD and the conversion that they charged me on the spot was insane. Nobody from the staff member was ready to listen and even accept the foreign currency on which I booked. Very Very bad experience.

1 Incompetent, lying and बदतमीझ staff. 2 Poor airconditioning 3 Lots of wastage of space in planning 4 No elevators

The hotel is nice but staff were unfriendly and not really interested. Everything was such an effort especially the girl at reception, she really was clueless about everything. Breakfast was boring and tasteless. We kept having to ask for things.

It was the nice facility only issue was that facility was with different name and finding location was also very difficult.
