Staff very friendly

It is clean and nice hotel. I stayed with my friend in a twin room, and we liked the wall design. All staffs were also very friendly and helpful. They gave us information of the places to visit, too. Food at the restaurant and the breakfast are also nice.

Buffet breakfast was available, also a lot of good options on the dinner. Location was good. The room was clean, spacious and room service was working fine. AC worked well and the bathroom was clean. The view from my big window was really lovely.

I was not aware of the ongoing wedding season, which made my stay both interesting but very noisy. They arrange wedding parties in this hotel, so if you require a quite stay, consider another place during this season. During this time of a year the city is polluted and dusty, which is of course not the hotels fault. This hotel advertises itself as a travel sustainable property. I stayed seven nights, and noticed that most of the staff were around the whole time, both on breakfast time and dinner time, seven days a week. It seemed to me that maybe Nepalese labour law was not respected. Hopefully I am wrong.

It was perfect from location to comfortable. Staff were friendly and try to help us to feel comfortable.

Only problem that i face was food wasn’t that good.
