Lo mejor ha sido el desayuno tipo picnic que nos han preparado, ya que nuestro ticket a Machu Picchu era demasiado temprano. Camas cómodas. Todo limpio. Agua caliente. Ubicación muy buena tanto respecto del tren como respecto del bus.

El mobiliario y las instalaciones son un poco más viejas de lo que se puede uno imaginar en la foto, aunque nada impide cumplir su función. Cobran 5% más si pagas con tarjeta Podrían tener agua caliente en recepción para hacerte un té

Forse la posizione

Struttura fatiscente. Camere vecchie buie e fredde. Non ci stata data nemmeno la camera che avevamo prenotato. Colazione praticamente inesistente.

La vista desde la ventana, las camas muy cómodas y baño amplio

Sobrecargan 5% si usas tarjetas de crédito para pagar. Es una mala práctica común en Peru que ya debería desaparecer.

Solución de inconvenientes a tiempo

Se habia reservado con el Hotel Machupichu Inn, al llegar nos llevaron al Hotel Raíces Inn el cual tenía excelentes instalaciones y la atención fue espectacular. De resaltar la atención de una Srta llamada Elvira. El Hotel Machupichu Inn no volvió a tomar contacto con nosotros a preguntar si nos habia ido bien en el hotel a donde nos llevaron. De igual forma la atención vía WhatsApp fue regular pues no daban información y después de lograr hablar con un joven llamado Ronald de Machupichu Inn le pedí el favor q me compartiera fotos de la habitación a la cual llegaríamos y manifestó q nos las enviaría y nunca lo hizo.
