Ruim verblijf, douche is prima en parkeer mogelijkheid op eigen terein.

Muffige geur in het appartement en buiten de geuren van de aangrenzende manage. Buitenruimte is vies en je kan nergens fijn zitten. Alles stinkt of is vies. Nepresso machine is kapot, optionele hottub is te smerig voor woorden en de Wifi is ruck.

The position was great for where we wanted to visit.

When we arrived the heating was not working. Gaps under the front doors, windows didnt fit and one kept blowing open. Pictures on here have not been updated for a long time I would say. Shower was not very good and leaked through the glass into the bathroom. Spiral staircase was not mentioned or pictured and felt very rickety our daughter would not go up it so we had to have that room. Chips out of plates mugs were dirty. I have stayed in basic and rustic before but this was awful. The hosts did drop off an extra heater the first night and sorted the heating the next day. However we were very disappointed with the property especially for the money we paid.

Quirky, and very original. Loved the floor and the way the stable was included. More insulation would be beneficial. We appreciated the oil heater to boost the central heating. Blissfully quiet.

Rather cold, though an oil radiator was provided which boosted the heating. Have to remember to dip your head at the top of the stairs.

The property was dirty , the pull out bed had a mouse nest chewed into it , the kitchen had mouse dropping and smelt of urine , we put out a small rodent that had come up from behind the sink in the bathroom, the bed and pillows were old , uncomfortable and lumpy , we are so disappointed. And would not recommend to anyone . We had to eat out due to the kitchen being dirty and unsafe with a mouse clearly present .

It’s was exactly as advertised. It is basic but has all the necessities and for a weekend just fine, especially because of the location. It’s what you would expect for the price paid.

Shower wasn’t great - water almost dripped through. Beds are lumpy and soft - nor ideal for your back!

Property has a lot of potential but in poor condition. Gap around bathroom window inviting slugs into bathroom. Gaps and cracks in flooring and walls, crumbling woodwork in bedrooms providing a feast for woodlice. Woodlouse on bedding. Bedroom furniture filthy so left clothes in luggage for the week. Black mould on drainer, limescale in kettle. No warning of low beam at top of stairs. Advertised as sleeping six but one bed was just cushions on floor. Leak under sink. Kitchen very basic with little work/storage space. Uneven flooring particularly a problem for dining chairs. Evidence of mice during our stay, chewed upholstery in living area (underside of sofa), damage to sealed packaging in kitchen, scuttling sounds and crashing under cupboards, under sofa, and behind the kitchen bin. Mouse droppings in bedroom and chewed luggage. Mouse seen scurrying out from under sofa to under oven when sofa was moved (last night of stay). Owner was contacted and put bait in adjoining outbuilding and in the bedroom, after we left he apologised and said he had located where the mouse was gaining entry. Agreed a partial refund but nothing received after 21 days. Owner responded to our concerns but accomodation very basic for the price range. Kitchen not well equipped, owner supplied extra equipment and explained items moved between adjoining properties and not returned. Not checked prior to arrival.
