Oak Tree Inn

It’s a nice hotel for the price. The rooms need a little touch up on the walls, but overall everything was good. Tv had YouTube. A/C was ice cold. Restroom was clean. Mini fridges work well. Lots of restaurants nearby. Ralph’s is down the street to get some snacks. No complaints. There’s a deposit, but that’s not an issue since it’s in cash and you get it right away the next morning if you don’t break anything or smoke inside. I would recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone that’s in the area.

Cute quiet hotel

The inn was super cute! My only issue was that the noise from the car wash next door and from the busy street my window faced was pretty loud quite early, and I was up at 6:30.

I had a medical procedure done and stayed to recover. Very relaxing. Rooms have microwave refrigerator and coffee pot.

I’d have given this place a solid 4- if weren’t from the night person that was a complete ass & rude to me. I had to go to the ER- I called to ask for late checkout. Noon. He (in a gruff angry mood and barely English at all yelled TWENT DOLLARS! I’m like what? Just one hour. TWENTY DOLLARS! You’ll be out by noon? I said yes- he said WE BILL YOU! (Didn’t even have my cc number) No compassion- no explanation (apparently they do charge $20/hr for late hours- fine- just explain that) The guy in the day, I assume owns it? Very nice man. Treated me so well. Ro - not fancy- but clean & retro enough for price. I’ll still never go back until that guy is fired. (Had same issues late arrival)
