The charging outlets on the lights did not work. Did not realize it until the morning. There was a hole in the wall behind the door. One lamp did not work. The floor did not look clean. The shower, AC and bed were good.

Check in was delayed because attendant was not prompt. The day was blazing hot, and the wait was unbearable.

Too expensive for that the room had. It should be less than 45$ per night. There was nothing in the room, They do not clean the room unless you go and ask them. Very strange set of furniture, even when they clean your room - they basically put the same bed-sheet and pillow and everything else back. A very noisy car cleaning set up behind the room. No drawer or closet in the room. No ironing board/iron. The towel in the bathroom was probably the worst towels I have ever seen in a hotel. There was a very weird table/chair in the room which was unusable. Unless this room is available for less that 45$per night, I won't stay here. The hotel looks good in picture at hotels.com, and not sure where they obtained these ratings from. I paid 550$ for 4 nights.

They were really friendly and the rooms are kept nice. Quiet area which is nice amd secure

The hotel is bare basics: minimal towels in the room (dirty and one towel had pubic hair on it), no ice machine on the premises, and no grass to relieve your pet. The complimentary coffee was really bad (no tea available) and the furniture was not only cheap but banged up. The walls had stains on them in several places and parts of the walls weren't even painted. One stain actually looked like dried blood. Of greatest concern is the parking area. There are huge sections of cobblestone that are loose and unstable, which makes it extremely difficult to walk on without falling. SAFETY HAZARD! Also, the description of the service is that they are "helpful." Actually, they are not helpful. I accidentally left a brand-new shirt in the room. When I called back to see if it had been found, the desk clerk indicated he would call me the next day to let me know. He never called me. So when I called him he said that he had the shirt. When I asked him to mail it to me, he said he could not do that. I assured him I would pay to have it mailed back, but again, he said no. I continued to plead and he said he would think about it and get back to me. Another day went by, and he did not call me. When I reached out to him, he said no, that he could not send it to me. I do not think "helpful" describes the staff. If you choose to stay here, just be ready for the fake nice where the staff smiles while saying "no and sorry." I think it's intentional (haha, we just want your $).

I stayed four nights, The staff did not speak English. toenail clippings on the floors And other debris.. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to ask for it They didn’t clean the room or fresh towels during my whole stay. Disappointed I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
