Unfortunately, the café experience was disappointing. Before ordering, no one informed me that only cash payments were accepted. I was planning to pay by card, but after I had already chosen and ordered my food and drinks, the staff informed me that card payments were not possible. Since I did not have cash with me, they collected the order and took everything back. I found this situation very uncomfortable and disappointing. Guests should be informed about payment restrictions before placing an order, not afterward. I expected a more professional and customer-oriented approach from a hotel of this standard.

У меня был хрорший,чистый, просторный номер. Хороший бассейн и сауна. В номер добавляли мале6ькие бутылочки воды.

Было шумно от дороги. Не добавляли туалетную бумагу. Завтрак был не очень вкусный. Не было соевого молока для кофе.

שירות דורש שיפור,חדרים כדי לנקות צריך לבקש, חוסר בנייר טואלט 🤦‍♀️לא היהי נעים לבקש. ארוחות בוקר לא מתאים ל4 ✴️,אוכל נגמר לא מביאים עד שלא אומרים ,הגדל לא היה מבחר בכלל,דבר פשות לחם …אני לא אוכלת לבן ,ואחר אין פשוט אין,קיצור חבל 🤷‍♀️

В целом отель хороший, чистый, приятный, персонал вежливый у бассейн почти не было людей. Вместо отеля было очень хорошим вокруг были много магазины до центра было очень удобно добраться даже пешком улица вокруг отеля были оживлёнными можно было все найти.

Завтрак был очень скудным. Мы ходили завтракать в 9 утра а там уже нечего не было поесть ,Кофемашина не работала два дня . Почти нечего было есть вроде бы шведский стол а от шведского стола только одно название фруктов в вообще не было только одни куски грейпфрута ,они вообще не обновляли еду не был вообще разнообразие в еде каждый день почти одинаково.
