Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet, gute Lage für Tbilisi, sehr sauberes und sehr gemütliches Zimmer.

Was mich am meisten gestört hat,war das die Sprache, das Personal 70% hat nicht auf georgisch reden können und ich als Georgierin in meinem Land auf Englisch kommunizieren müssen. Das Frühstück war etwas langweilig und mit sehr wenig Auswahl.

Прекрасное расположение в самом сердце Тбилиси, в пешей доступности к достопримечательностям! Замечательный приветливый дружелюбный персонал, очень комфортный номер (жила в супер люксе). Ежедневная уборка. Очень приятный бассейн, небольшой спортзал. Месяц назад останавливалась в Radisson (бывшей Иверии), но впечатления были просто отвратительные, начиная со службы размещения и далее. А в этом отеле очень приятно порадовал просто удивительно теплый и радушный прием!!!!Непременно вернусь вновь!

Swimming pool is very nice as well as rooms. Great breakfast.

Breakfast stars at 8AM which is very late if you have excursion or flight early in the morning.
