"Great apartment with a poor manager"

The prosperity itself was great. Very clean and modern. Tea, coffee, ketchup + other essentials were included. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was great

1. Sofa bed was very average and didn’t have appropriate linen 2. Manager of property gave very poor instructions on how to get the key. He also made multiple mistakes and sent wrong information to my phone number. We tried to check out at 8am but when we got to the Lyca store to return the key, it was closed… this was very inconvenient and we nearly missed our train to London
