A beautiful property, really well located with everything you needed for a stay in Manchester. Loved the extra space and the lovely kitchen.

We had some trouble with the key collection, but the host called and helped us sort it, gave us his key until he could get it sorted out.

The flat was excellent - very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for the AO arena and the concert we were going to. Approximately 10 minute walk. And a car park that was £4 for 24 hours was approximately 3 minutes away. Lovely host. Key is usually collected from a secure box, but as he was nearby he came and met us at the carpark. Excellent communication all the way from booking to leaving. Will definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

The location of the property was very good and convenient near the city center and the host was polite.

Getting the keys to the apartment was a task and parking as mentioned in the site was not free or close to the apartment. The facilities were good in the apartment but were not mentioned properly so we had a problem with hot water for a bath. All in all not the best experience even though the host was responsive but not fast enough.

Bright, airy and clean, comfy bed, perfect location and host available when needed, great communication - will definitely stay here again!

Not being familiar with big cities, it was a little confusing gaining access to the keys..however, the host was available immediately by phone and sorted things quickly for us 👍 great service!

The location was great, parking nearby was extremely reasonable too, host was very accommodating for early check-in. Also replied very quickly to any messages. Key is easy to collect. Co-op literally 5 seconds down the road. Flat was bigger than expected and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. View was also stunning. My photos are at the end of the stay when we've stripped the bed etc. So I do apologise! But it was so clean and tidy.

The only thing that we didn't like was the sofa bed. It's very easy to set up but not extremely comfy. I'm sure if you put a mattress topper or a thin duvet on it in addition to the fitted sheet it wouldn't be a problem though. Other than that genuinely it was perfect in every way..

the location was perfect, though in a very busy residential area at night was quiet. the apartment was spacious and bright! TV has Netflix, which we enjoyed it.

it should have been cleaned thorough. the bed wasn’t comfortable. the bathroom has a damp smell.
