Amazing property that's well worth the stay. If you like having a mix of things to do, sights to see, and food to eat then you really can't go wrong. Only regret is not getting the Japanese room and staying a little longer.

Food options at Mikazuki are worse than almost any hotel we've been to across the world, but nothing is as bad, anywhere, as Nami Beach Club across the street. Our last two stays we attempted to order food and drinks here and both times an hour has gone by and we simply had to get up and leave without ever being served. This, with 5 customers and 20 employees. The service at Nami borders on purposely bad. Lazy as best. To apologize the hotel game me a membership card to their rewards club...which i already had.

Clean, quiet

Probably the best hotel I have ever been to..The room was spacious , beds are very comfortable, bathroom was massive ..The design amusing and the wardrobe was big.. The resort itself deserves a day or two to just enjoy it.The outdoor and indoor water parks were a pleasure for my kids.. The beach and the view were amazing..The staff was very friendly and the room service was superb.. Breakfast was a huge buffet the only thing that there is not much for is to eat as muslims but we still enjoyed it

Location is remote not near by any restaurants and others… Receptionists not well trained and don’t know their hotel half of the time giving out wrong informations. Checking in is sloppy not professional. Other than that hotel workers are very helpful and very nice.

Stayed here in May 2025. Would not recommend this place. The resort has 2 water parks which Is the main draw. Hotel is far from the city and there is nothing to do around. The hotel is quite stingy. It is the first time where I experienced that hotel gives 700 ml water per day (2 small bottles) for 2 adults and 2 children. When asked for more water they said we need to return the pepsi in the mini bar and get water. Found it funny. Food options are ok. Buffet usually has a queue. The staff is ok but they follow the hotel policy so cannot really blame them. Rooms are ok but below 5 star standard in South East Asia. There is a mart below but with very limited options. For beach you need to take a golf cart . Beach club is fine but too crowded. Same for water park as it’s not easy sometimes to find an empty bench to sit. I believe for the same amount of money you can get better options .
