The water park is overpriced with only 2 water slides. Slides have height and weight requirement, however these are only visible after you pay to go in. We paid additional £100 for the use of the water park but we could not use it due to the restrictions. The hotel refused to refund us or provide hotel credit. Only the next day they agreed to flex their restrictions and my son was allowed to use the slide. There is no need to pay for the water park The hotel has enough outdoor pools. Overall, the experience was good but we were left with a bad feeling after the issue with the water park. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety to choose from. This hotel was probably the best hotel I have been in my life. Everything was perfect. Lots of fun options with great prices. Great breakfast and great options for lunch and dinner. Fun waterpark. Great pool in the top floor. It was a crowded hotel but still pleasant.

We just spent a week at Mikazuki, and it was such a fun and memorable stay! Here’s a quick rundown of our experience: Location The hotel is about 30mins (11km) taxi ride from the city, and there aren't many places to eat or explore nearby. We ended up heading into town every evening for dinner, night markets, and massages. They have Grab services which is similar to Uber and one way trip to the night market would cost around $170,000 D Room We stayed in a villa about 70 meters from the main hotel building. The area is surrounded by trees, so you might see some geckos and bugs around the building. We did run into a few minor issues, like the air conditioning not being strong enough and there was some water leaking in the showers. We reported these to the hotel, and they were quick to fix them - cleaning the aircon filter and replacing the showers seals. The villa opened before the main hotel building which was in operation in June 2022, so we didn’t mind The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. They were kind enough to allow us 2pm as our flight was scheduled at 4.35pm. The housekeeping team even left us a lovely thank-you note along with some special bed arrangements for the minor issues we faced during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re already planning to return next year. If you're looking for a family-friendly holiday in Da Nang, this is definitely the resort you want to check out!

Beautiful resort. Excellent service. The outdoor waterpark was fun! The indoor one was a let down as only 2 out of our party of 8 could ride the water slides as they had very specific height and weight limits (between 35-90kg- so none of our kids or husband could use and between 1.2m - 1.9m).

Aaaamazing! Can’t say enough about this. Indoor and outodoor water park, super friendly service, constantly kept clean, smells and looks clean, amazing amenities, perhaps the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. Infinity pool and extra pools next to the beach with restaurants. Golf carts available for transport around the huge resort. Highly recommend and a must when in Da Nang! Definitely will be staying here again in a heartbeat.

The swimming pool water park was so good. It was so good for the children. However, during my two-day stay, I asked them to clean the room, but they didn't. After two calls, they did it after 3 o'clock. It was too late

Great place for kids. There is an outdoor water park and and an indoor one with 2 water slides and a wave pool. There are good restaurants. There is nothing within walking distance for eating or to see and it is about 15 mins to the central town. The premium room we had was very spacious. Only down side was the bed which was very hard. We had a room facing the sea and the view was great to look at. There's a bath in the balcony which is cool.

Food was bad, the blue restaurant was more expensive than local restaurants but tastes horrible. Breakfast was $30 for a family of 4 but not many good options either. Spa was expensive too but it didn’t feel as good as locals. Far away from everything so had to pay for travel. Place is clean though, bidets are nice, they have carts to drive u around.

Very good for families with kids.
