Fue muy buena la estadía nada que arreglar

The facilities in the hostel (nice view, organized, a restaurant in the rooftop)

The showers (were not well lighted, small and the mirror wasn't clean)

The staff are lovely and the cat is super cute.

The toilets and showers are super dirty and there’s random people there from the restaurant and club.

The staff were amazing! Great vibe, pool, and the cheapest prices for Acatenango hike

The top beds in the bunk beds (3rd one) is not comfortable

Super cheap and social

The mattresses are unbelievably uncomfortable. You sink straight into them and it’s like there is a massive creator underneath you.

Ambience is decent.

The staff is very dumb. Completely clueless. The bunk beds are very bad, I am having a fractured leg now after I fell from one. The staff did not help me instead was laughing at me while I was going to the hospital.

I liked the bar inside the hostel

Showers that could not be turned off, toilets with broken locks, the room had big beds but felt way too small for the number of beds, definitely not enough space for all bags, room did not have a key and my locker was broken so basically no security, lacking in activities for a party hostel
