Priorswood House

Clean and nice decor. Fully equipped with most amenities. Good instructions for gaining access.

Bedroom is right off of a main road so somewhat noisy. Bathroom is all the way in the back of the house. We would have liked a coffee machine of some kind.

It was a flat as advertised. Facilities fine. Clean.

They sent no information before the booking but called me incessantly at one point on the day when I was driving (in the end I had to pick up while it was dangerous). No information on where to park and they couldn't instruct me on where to park when I called them. I had to drive around the houses finding parking, while they insisted I'd find it if I followed the postcode. Turns out there WAS NO parking at the house! Then I couldn't get into the house and had to pester them for info how to get in. Then I was stuck in the corridor, couldn't get into the flat and they hung up. Turns out they told me the wrong flat number! They said they'd send a booklet of info, including where I'm meant to park, but they took ages to send it, and it was a broken link. Then they sent an email saying they were signing off for holidays and not to contact. The flat is a really odd shape (long and narrow like a corridor). The bedroom and bathroom are opposite sides of the flat.

The location was perfect. Our house was a four-minute walk away, so our out-of-town guests who stayed at Priorswood House could park once and be in place for the entire visit. They were also impressed with the bath and the water pressure in the shower. The conveniently located Tesco Express was very handy as well.

Great property, really comfortable and close to the train station

Great little apartment for the price. Has everything you would need and very clean.

Front garden and communal hallway are a bit shabby.

Nothing really. They could do to provide a sieve as there's a colander but that doesn't really work for small grains etc but that's being really picky
