Beds were cute and comfortable, like really comfortable. The area was beautiful, and the tents are tucked in so beautifully. The real killer for us was no lighting. We were provided 2 tiny lamps that only lasted about 45min before they shut off and 1 mini flashlight. There are small solar power lights lining the campsite but with the tree cover there’s no real way for them to charge. There’s also nothing really to do except sit quietly in a poorly lit tent and a table that will fall over with nothing on it. So no lights, no picnic table, nothing to do around except sleep and stare at the trees. I understand what startup is, but you’ve had over a year to figure out the lighting situation across multiple properties and have been made aware before. Maybe a string of twinkle lights along the path or something, anything. We ultimately ended up using it as a rest stop and left before it got too dark. This showed us we are not tent campers for sure, but we understand basic comforts. No one is on site to help with anything, no locks, no map was provided. I’m sorry but there ARE things you can do at this point.

"stay away!"

took some time to think about how i wanted to approach this. we knew beforehand that they had probably opened before they were ready and some of the reviews sounded like people who'd never seen a bug before. we are seasoned campers and brought a lot of our own gear. it was still miserable and feel totally ripped off. this place is extremely unsafe. we have both studied forestry and forest ecology. someone bought an old clearcut and stuck some cheap tents wherever one might fit with little more intent than collecting money. it is not a healthy forest. there is barely enough space cleared for the tents, let alone a safe fire break. if a fast moving fire comes through there, people will die. did notice a tiny fire extinguisher attached to a tree next to the car path. the tent we were in was cheap with little ventilation and in no way level. our day at sol duc might as well not have happened because both our backs hurt so bad from the bed. the bedding was comfy anyway. also, the tents were not on a platform so the canvas was directly on the ground. wonder how long mildew takes to grow underneath in the damp olympics? apparently people build fires directly on the ground with no rings and they were still selling wood during a burn ban. we couldn't find anything resembling a picnic area where we might cook our food. four steps with no handrail to access the toilets. can't even imagine what a mess it is here during rainy periods. unsafe and nothing i would consider "glamping"

After ready other reviews...Yes, the tents aren't as nice as the photos, but that's how it always is. Yes, it is a bit challenging to find the driveway. Follow the directions they give you, don't put it in the GPS. You'll end up at Granny's Cafe, where you definitely need to eat! It was the perfect way to camp. I didn't have to pack, set up or break down a tent. I didn't have to sleep on the ground (the cots are pretty comfy for camping!) If you just need an inexpensive, low effort place to sleep so you can explore the area, this is perfect.

"Ok stay"

When we got there it was hard to find the property with just the reflective poles. Took us a drive around to find the tents. When we got to our tents 1 and 3 there was a wet area in tent 3 and under the bed. And in tent 1 in the bed there was dirt and tiny sticks in it. Over all it was peaceful but spiders and a cockroach in tent 3 where the 2 in the room ended up in tent 1..

"MOLD they do not dry out the tents."

It was terrible, tents were wet and moldy my Mom and sister had allergy attacks just walking into the tent after not even spending a minute in the tent my mom has asthma and had an asthma attack. I was unaware of the conditions when i booked this "Glamping" and would like a refund after almost having to take my mom to the hospital on our vacation trip.

Overall a good experience! Wish there was a clearer indication from the road where the turn was. The instructions helped, but still very hard to see clearly. A sign or flag would help so much! Parking was ok for our tent, but seemed much better for other locations. Overall for what we paid, it got the job done. Comfy bed, decent place to sleep, close to Crescent Lake. Thank you!

This is not glamping it’s camping without electricity, fire or lights. Although I would say the tents are clean . Thank you for that! Bathrooms are awful and dirty . Showers have only cold water and quit in the middle so I was freezing with soap all over me. Would not recommend unless you come very prepared.

"Nice stay! "

We had a great stay. Tent 12 was a little difficult to get up to. Small steps would help. The tent was a little dirty but it is an outdoor tent. The beds were very comfortable and the area was nice. It felt isolated and safe.
