Le cadre est vraiment agréable, un grand merci au staff les femmes de ménages, le concierge, Mr Idriss un serveur qui est toujours disponible pour nous accueillir et nous faire plaisir avec un sourire remarquable, Mr Imad qui est toujours réactif quoique ce soit par téléphone, whatsapp ou bien sur place ce qui rend le service clientèle très sympathique et surtout Agréable.

J’invite l’établissement à enrichir le menu restaurant en rajoutant du snacking afin de donner plus de variété en terme de choix. Et impliquer le deuxième serveur du restaurant pour suivre le même rythme que ses collègues.

The general manager was great - very friendly helpful. The wait staff in the restaurant were fabulous and worked hard and fast to accommodate all the requests.would definitew

I wish there could have been some dishes that werent moroccan., haha. we had spent 3 weeks eating moroccan food and were ready for something different.

J'ai aimé l'accueil, le service, le calme de l'hôtel. Le personnel est formidable. nous avons eu un très belle accueil d'Imad qui a su nous mettre alaise dans ce très très jolie Hôtel. Les jardins sont magnifiques et très bien entretenu par les jardinier. Un 10/10 pour le restaurant pour le dîner ou même le petit déjeuner. Et encore une fois un 10/10 pour Imad pour l'accueil et qui nous a très bien indiqué les lieux à visiter à marrakech
