Kaoutar was an excellent concierge, she explained us everything from the very beginning and she was very helpful. Actually the whole staff of the hotel was really kind , so we would highly recommend it.

To the breakfast, would be great if they served some fresh fruit as well, but in general we were delighted. Around the area there is not much possibility to eat outside, but if you want to stay away from the hustle of the city, this place is the perfect choice for you.

On a voyagé au Maroc pour la première fois avec ma femme et l'accueil a été vraiment parfait du début du séjour jusqu'au départ . Le manager Imad est vraiment Exceptionnel ainsi que tout le personnel Rida et Idriss aussi . Tout le Personnel sans exception est a nos petits soin , toujours un mot gentil et toujours disponible pour nous aider et rendre notre séjour agréable . Ils sont venu nous chercher à l'aéroport avec la Navette Jemal lue chauffeur au Top , plein de bon conseil . L'hôtel est au Top à l'écart du centre ville , c'est parfait pour se reposer . le petit déjeuner et les repas sont très bon . La chambre parfaite . Très propre . Nous avons adoré et on a déjà pris rendez vous pour l'année prochaine C'est vraiment PARFAIT encore merci pour tout et à bientôt Olivier et Ingrid

Bien dans l'ensemble

Ne correspond pas à ce que j'attendais. J'ai été un peu déçu par l'accueil, on nous pressait de commander vu l'heure de notre arrivée, bien nous avions déjà dîner ailleurs. Dans la chambre nous entendions trop bien les conversations des gens qui s'attardaient dans le couloir. Bien que le jardin soit spacieux on se sentait étouffé dans les allées. Certains recoins étaient en désordre, les animaux pas forcément bien entretenus.

Beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Best beds and pillows in Morocco! The customer service was extraordinary, especially at the dinner.

The property has several animals in their garden serving as exotic decorations (including a beautiful peacock and fancy sheep). Unfortunately, the animals have very little space to move in their cages, even when it rains or the sun is out. At first we were amazed to see them there but then felt extremely sorry for them.

The property is beautifully designed, very clean, and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the relaxing atmosphere, the lovely pool area, and the delicious breakfast each morning.

Honestly, very little to complain about. If anything, the location is a bit outside the busy city center, but we actually appreciated the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere because of that.
