Woodspring Suites Littleton-South Denver

Overall a goodplace to stay for a night. The area is very walkable to many restaurants and breweries. The issues we had were the amount of homeless people in the area and the amount of noise at all hours of the night. It seems a large amount of the local homeless population were also staying at this hotel as they offer deeply discounted monthly rate. Which is great that they have an affordable place to stay and that they are safe. It just might not be the kind of atmosphere others are looking for when booking a hotel room.

Got a room for $55 so you get what you pay for, so I cant complain.

For the price it isn’t too bad

Very convenient for downtown Littleton.

With any extended stay type hotel there is always many food smells throughout but our room is picking up smoke smell from somewhere that is weird because we don’t see anyone smoking nearby.

Called ahead that we’d be checking in past 10pm. They assured that all we needed to do was call using the landline at the facility when we arrive. Called for over half an hour but nobody would pick up the phone to check in. Started to call on my cell for another half an hour before giving up. Had to find another hotel to stay for the night, and the only ones that were still open for check-in same night was another 20mins away and double the price. If they had told me when I called at late check-in that it was not possible, I would have found another hotel much cheaper and closer because there were more options available earlier in the day. So buyer beware if you expect late check-in, you should just look elsewhere before it’s too late.

We were late checking in Siri two blocks shy of the complex, but with help from the front desk we made it, would definitely stay here again

Smoking all night long. Noisy.

This is a new hotel and in very good condition. Great price!
