Woodspring Suites Littleton-South Denver

Loved that it was really clean. Even the fridge was spotless. Disappointed it had sheets only, no blanket. We had to pull the sheet off the other bed to keep warm. Also no hair dryer and its winter in Denver, brrr!

Showed up an hour after check in and the room wasn’t ready, even after the guy at the desk apparently went up to check. Walked in the room and all the cabinets were open, nothing was on the bed, no towels. About an hour later someone walked in on me to set it up. She was apologetic and clearly didn’t know I was there, which wasn’t her fault. Even after that, I still didn’t have a shower curtain or shampoo.

On my morning of check out there was a roach crawling on the floor. Have stayed at this location before and didn’t have anything like this. Just an FYI. Forgot to mention it to the manager.

Nice and clean property. The room was quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend.

Everything was great for a 2-night stay until the second morning. I got up early and at 6:15 I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee to have with my breakfast that I purchased at Kings Soopers. At 7:15, I went down to the lobby and nobody was at the desk, the curtain was closed and no sign that anyone was around from the hotel. At 8:00, I attempted to check out and nobody was working at the desk, and no coffee was available for the guest. Not having the desk covered for the guests is a business snafu. Even the manager should have stepped in and covered the desk if their employee didn't show up for work.

Every employee I interacted with were professional, kind and helpful! I was so pleased with how clean my room was, especially the bathroom. I just wish they had more than just a couple of vending machines downstairs, but that's just nitpicking. I was here to visit and get out side anyways.

Very clean, and with a kitchenette. Very limited late night food options walking distance, but with a car its good location.

Very clean. Sign said stay back 25 foot from door to smoke. People were 12 or less. Hard to drive to. GPS did not get it correct
