First time staying at St Regis in Jakarta and loving every second of it. We stayed here as a family. As with St Regis traditions, butler service is top notch. Nothing is ever too much of a request. Breakfast is excellent.. the server made my daughter a special smoothie with no sugar.. My daughter loves her experience at the kids club.. we’ll be back!!

Stayed two nights at St Regis Jakarta for a wedding reception on the 2nd day. St Regis displayed a remarkable and outstanding service and hospitality that sets itself even beyond other top tier five-star hotels. The building interior is luxurious from the lobby to inside the room. Fitness center was one of my favorite places during the stay. It stays open 24 hours and has amazingly complete and futuristic gym equipment. The breakfast we had at Bel Etage restaurant was also top notch. Breakfast menu was complete, and the service was excellent. They also have a preordered breakfast menu for a much complete experience.

We had an amazing stay at the St. Regis — almost perfect! The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the noise level by the pool, which made it a little hard to completely unwind at times. Everything else was outstanding. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was honestly the best I’ve ever been to — incredible variety, top quality, and the friendliest team. A huge thank-you to Wiratama, whose genuine smile and thoughtful service made every morning such a joy. He always seemed to know exactly what we wanted! The spa experience was unforgettable. The facilities were beautiful, and Hetty truly has magic hands — it was easily the best spa treatment I’ve ever had. At the bar, Fransiska went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect — from the food and drinks to even helping us find the best seats. She was so warm and genuine, and it really showed how much she cares about guests’ experiences. The entire team at St. Regis was fantastic, a special thanks to Constantin who made sure all went very well , and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Despite the small noise issue by the pool, everything else exceeded our expectations.

From the moment I arrived at The St. Regis Jakarta, I felt something truly special. The warm welcome and genuine smiles from the team made me feel instantly at home. Whether you’re visiting Jakarta for business, leisure, or a family staycation, St. Regis is the perfect choice for all occasions. A special mention to Nadia, my butler, who went above and beyond in every detail — I’ve stayed at many luxury resorts, and she is truly one of the best I’ve ever met. The St. Regis Jakarta will always be my first choice whenever I’m in the city.
