The St. Regis Jakarta

We have been to Jakarta many times and stayed at a few other 5 star hotels but St Regis is the best so far. Everything (staff, 2 bedroom suite, spa/massage, food, etc) was great just as a 5 star luxury hotel should be. The lightshow & entertainment at the lobby was also nice.

I stayed at this hotel for my friend's wedding and ended up having such a relaxing and enjoyable time. We originally planned to stay for 2 days but ended up extending to 3 because we loved it so much. The room was super comfortable, the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. What really stood out was how responsive and attentive the staff were — everything felt seamless from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Aurel from the staff — she was incredibly thoughtful and kind. She noticed I was with a toddler and made sure we had the perfect table during breakfast, in a spot that worked really well for us. She even surprised me with pastries and coffee, which truly made my morning. My kids had a great time too, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. I’d definitely love to come back — not just for events, but for a proper getaway!

This time, I got to enjoy the full range of butler services. The welcome snacks upon check-in here were really tasty. What's more, I met Azrin, a fitness coach who works at this hotel. He noticed that my exercise form was incorrect and promptly corrected me. Over the past three days, I've learned a lot from him at the gym.

Stay for 3 nights as part of business trip (distributor conference). At St Regis, alm the room include 24h butler service (you csn request for ironing, packing clothes, serving coffee/tea, wake up call,). The room itself is very comfortable, huge bed, huge room, toilet comes with bath up. Welcome fruit basket is at the working table. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety and quality wise is also excellent. Swimming pool is kind of small and didn’t try. I believe the gym room might be quite good. It is located in the center of Jakarta. Overall a good stay, maybe recommend more toward business instead of family stay.
