The rooms were clean. The food was very good and the staff was genuinely the best part of our stay. They were kind and ready to help at all times.

The hot water sometimes didn't work. When we inquired about it, the staff were ready and willing to help us.

I stayed there twice to be honest, and left one review already, however I forgot to mention how helpful they were at the check-in and check out. My friends arrived 2AM and they were there to check them in.

One thing to improve, they should leave some waters for selling, if you get there late, or wake up very early, there is no way to get water.

The location is very good — no complaints about that. It’s outside of Nairobi, practically inside Nairobi National Park. The view is beautiful, and there are lots of monkeys in the morning. They say it’s even possible to see other animals from there sometimes. The food is good, and the service and prices were very fair — nothing to complain about.

The downside is that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room on any of the days. There was one day when it worked, but it kept dropping a lot. One day there was no internet at all, and it took them a while to fix it. For those who work online and depend on the internet, this might not be the best place.

Being near the national park is very cool. The room is huge and having a large balcony was good. The restaurant/bar is also very nice. All staff are very friendly

On sunday they had some sort of pool party - the music was very loud so hard to relax and the pool was beyond crowded. It also meant no animals wanted to come close due to the noise so a little pointless being near the NP. Uber was also very reluctant to come down the dirt road so give yourself extra time for this ( not really the hotels fault) The hot water was also out all day but they did call to let us know. No fan or aircon if you’re feeling hot or stuffy.

The facilities are good. Pretty, ice, clean. Lovely swimming pool area. The room was good with a very nice balcony. Staff were responsive when something was needed.

The facilities are good, but it may seem like managment should have more focus on the guests and what makes the guests happy. Those things are often the small things like attentive waiters, quick service, enough food in a buffet (food run out on occasions), wider selection of food (buffet). The swimming pool area is well designed, but the water is to cold to really enjoy. The water should be warmed up a little to make it possible to stay at the poolside and enjoy food, drinks, and frequent dips in the pool.
