The room's were very nice which is good because I was stuck in mine the whole time

The place was over run with locals playing loud music and running around the pool and splashing. Any thoughts of a quiet relax by the pool in the national park before I left Kenya were clearly delusional. Breakfast the first morning was a buffet and reasonable. The second morning I had some precut fruit and stale left over cake on offer. I can honestly say it was the worst stay I had in Kenya and well overpriced given the pool was unusable and closes at 6pm to fill with chemicals after it was packed all day. Utterly disgusted with the 2nd day breakfast. 2 pieces of pineapple was not a decent prepaid breakfast.

I loved the view of the park.

The food wasn't good. Both of us got sick from it. The small stream near the lodge can maybe be cleaned. There was some trash around it hence making it not so pleasant to look at.

Location and friendly staff

Wat too much noise from party people coming from town with loud music! We asked 4 times to lower it, they didn’t! This place is run by too young people and is not worth to be called a lodge! Right by the park and loud music all day by people who don t care bout other hotel guests or nature. The place has potential but is run by unexperienced staff. Shame!

The rooms were exceptional and the value of the accommodation considering the pricing.

The bathrooms are abit small compared to the size of the room.

It would be great if the hotel could accommodate international travelers by offering a more flexible late check-out policy. A foreigner-friendly late check-out option could bring significant benefits not only to tourists but also to the hotel by attracting more international visitors.

As for the food in the restaurant, the chefs are excellent, and the serving staff is amazing. However, it would be better if the food could be served faster, as the service is sometimes extremely slow. Thank you!

The facility can work with others in their area to help clean up the river behind them, which will help attract more wild animals from the national park

When you get off a plane after a long journey this is the place to be.A beautiful location close to the park and the best staff in the world.Just book it and relax.You will love it.
