Staff welcoming and offer good assistance for a comfortable stay

When booking pictures show superior and deluxe rooms however they have standard rooms not shown but not very nice. Staff kindness compensated for the poor standard rooms

Everything was great ! Staff's hospitality, breakfast, the room, the pool. No words.

It's far from the center, and I have faced difficulties getting taxes on time.

The room was clean, cleaned every day. Quality sheets and towels. Excellent views of Nairobi National Park. Large TV with internet access. Breakfast was good and you could choose. Staff was helpful and professional.

To get to the hotel the road turns into a dirt road for about a kilometer and a half, but it is in good condition. What I didn't like is that the hotel is open to outsiders who come to celebrate, which leads to noise from people talking loudly or singing. And people who don't stay at the hotel also come to use the pool, and so many people come that it ends up being used only by them. The water in the pool is a bit cloudy, maybe it's because of the type of water, because maintenance is done.

The Location was good. Good Views and an amazing Pool. Loved the stay

The Bar seats can be improved to be modern and the outdoor seats can be cushioned for better comfort

the amenities of the property are the nice, the staff is awesome!

The rooms that are off site (across the street) are deceiving. I booked at the hotel, bot the adjacent property
