Disgusting apartment, bad organization. The card did not work, I paid in cash. We agreed in advance to return the deposit at 9 am, in the end they gave it only at 10 am. I'm late for an important meeting. The apartment was poorly cleaned, very dusty, a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts stood on the balcony, dirty towels in the washing machine, wrinkled, not fresh bed linen. Waited for hot water in the shower for an hour, washed in cold water.

Clean and great location.

Two towels for 5 days. Few cooking bowls and no toaster . No clothing soap , shampoo, extra sheets and no cleaning entire stay even though I Tipped to receive.

they must ask for all documentation need it before the moment of checking in , They must ask at time all about before the arrival. they must communicate to the Staff in the reception when guest will be arriving in order to loosing time waiting calling and asking for documentation.

Great location, comfortable apartments, nice view and amenities.

The room was very spacious and very welcoming. It was very comfortable.

I did not like that for a visit to come up to the room you have to pay for them to go up (even though) they will not be staying for the night. Also, not having a printer to facilitate guests a document was a downer.
