This is a great place to explore Newport. We walked everywhere except for the cliff walk and that was worth driving to. Enjoyed the inn and breakfast was great! Room was comfortable and bed was firm, could have used a coffee table in front of the couch and the refrigerator made it a little awkward moving around the bed, but all in all it was great!

My husband and I stayed at the Chart House Inn for a weekend away and could not recommend it more highly! The staff were incredibly kind and courteous throughout our stay and the complimentary breakfast was some of the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The location was perfect and we were able to leave our car parked in our designated parking spot and walk almost everywhere we needed to go. We tried their Stoneacre Brasserie restaurant for dinner and would highly recommend. Overall great stay!

Charming Inn, in a great location. Warm and welcoming staff and owners clearly have service-industry background which provided a beyond comfortable stay, included delicious breakfast in an amazing location. Will be our first choice to stay whenever visiting Newport.

Location was close to all attractions yet on a quiet street. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful, staff polite. Loved the decor and history of the Inn and neighbourhood. Highly recommended, more for grown ups.

I was comfortable but my daughter merely found the bed and pillows a bit too firm. Nothing bad or irreparable.

Food was lovely...people kind and helpful...just not enough help.

Surprised that there was so little staff and things in the room were broken (drawers, etc.)
