Beautiful spacious room. The buffet breakfast was well organized. The buffet offered a variety and even had Kanazawa specialty foods. The laundry room was kept clean. The rooms were cleaned so nicely. The staff was very respectful. Overall enjoyed our stay there.

Great amenities, staff, room, and bathroom with a bathtub. However, the breakfast was not as good as I expected. I stayed for two nights and the food was exactly the same both days, with a rather heavy taste.

"How to take care of a guest"

First all I wish to thank the staff of the hotel. They efficiently supported us in finding a small ring lost in the room, something we realised after check-out. They searched thoroughly for a couple of days, found it and sent it to our next hotel in Kyoto. This is enough to recommend this elegant hotel. Breakfast is rich, the position is very convenient not far away from the railway station and rooms are spacious.

Such a welcoming environment. Absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. It is brand new and so close to city buses and the market. Most of all I have to give a shout out to the hotel staff. They go way beyond to make your stay just joyful.
