We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was large and comfortable, and service was great. The hotel provided free non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar and you could choose the level of cleaning you preferred. The garden in the centre of the hotel added to a serene overall ambience. Location was great, with the Omicho markets within walking distance. We found that we could walk most places easily and getting to and from the train station was also very simple. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very new and all staffs are very helpful and efficient. Our room is a superior twin plus extra bed and it’s in good size and spacious. We forgot some items in our room and they helped us forward to Nagoya without any charges. Appreciate their customer service team for helping us during our stay at the Sanraku Hotel Kanazawa

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast is amazing, there's plenty of restaurants nearby, you can walk to many of the city sights, the staff are excellent, the room is comfortable, and so on. I'll be staying here the next time I pass through Kanazawa!

Good position for seeing the sites of Kanazawa and is easily accessible from the station with free shuttle bus. Rooms excellently appointed with wonderful bathrooms and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Huge buffet breakfast catering to all tastes. The bar is a bit soulless, but there is no shortage of good bars in Kanazawa.
