We stayed for Christmas and the staff were friendly, charming and took great care of us. A pretty location and spacious studio room. Cooked breakfast good. Cosy breakfast room. Studio main bedroom nicely decorated.

Drafty room ( where bathtub is in studio) and bathroom shower small and low ceiling with mold. Would have been more comfortable if there was a sofa in the studio bedroom and needs a wardrobe. Limited choice for breakfast.

I was lucky enough to have a cabin with an outside patio. The room was comfortable the shower hot and the hair dryer was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful, good food. if I had the Cabin I would definitely stay again

no room for a comfy chair and the only mirror to dry your hair was part of a clock ,it would be much better if they removed the clock and put a mirror there near the power point to help with drying hair I managed.,

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.

The room was very cramped with bed pushed up against the wall and very little space on the other side because of a large radiator. There was an intermittent grinding sound all night which I think came from the macerater in the shower room. There was an TV was not easy to use.

Very clean and spacious room, with lovely period features.

Shower was very small, but there was a large bath in the room.

Staff were very helpful when the wooden cabin we had initially booked was just too cold to stay in. Very good food in the evening. Annex was very private with nice and quirky furnishings.

Space is not very well used, could not walk around the bed as too close to the wall. There is a full sized kitchen sink in the room but no wardrobe, this is in the bathroom. The macerator plumbing is noisy. We could not get the TV to work for Netflix. The room was not made up even though we stayed two nights. We found having to pre-order breakfast in the evening inconvenient.

Excellent hospitality, staff were professional and kind

Room was too small to have a suitcase. Should switch out wardrobe for shelves with hangers and a luggage rack under. 2 Light bulbs were out in the overhead light fixture, toilet seat needs tightening, shower pipe is installed improperly and leaks at the connection to the box, stand alone heater clicked and banged all night, preventing sleep.
