AB Ljubljana - The Residence

Great location, very clean, good communication

Little bit loud on Saturday night with a bar next door. But this is to be expected just a thought do those traveling with young children or who need their sleep. The 2nd bed (sofa bed) wasn’t very comfortable

We luckily met the representative and he let us in. Overall it was good but kitchen utensils were sparse The location was good. Staying on the top floor without lift was tricky But the apartment quality was very good

Très bruyant, lorsque les gens étaient dans l’appartement en haut de nous c’était comme si ils nous marchaient dessus. En plus il n’y avait aucun détecteurs de fumée fonctionnels

The apartment is too exposed to the public. You cannot open the windows or curtains without exposing yourself to all the pedestrian street traffic. Consequently, I felt very claustrophobic and stifled in the apartment. The room was also too over heated and uncomfortable.

It was a luxurious experience and the property was located at the perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at AB Ljubljana - The Residence.

Lift was out of service one day.

The roomy tiled flat on the 3rd floor was attractively decorated with modern paintings, chandeliers and plants. The living room had 2 very comfy convertible sofas with proper mattresses, a large TV with English channels and a little fitted kitchen which was well equipped. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and a modern en suite bathroom. The second bathroom had a large shower and there was a lift. It as ideally situated near the river, the sights, restaurants and a little supermarket. The man who came to bring a few things was very helpful and gave us several useful tips. Emails were answered immediately.

The second bed is situated in an open gallery over the living room, offering little privacy. It is accessible from the living room via steep stairs..needed to reach the downstairs bathroom too. We didn’t use it for this reason . We used one of the sofa beds which was comfortable.

Toilet seat was broken . Think they couldn’t fix it after 3 days . Other than they are quite responsive . Their location is good .
