The only positive about the property is the location

We were put in a bungalow we didn’t request, which was outdated and in need of renovation. The wet room bathroom toilet leaked, making it unusable, and when we asked to move, we were told to either leave or wait until the next day and stay in the room full of toilet water. The alternative room offered had a broken toilet too, so we couldn’t stay. Photos online are AI-generated and do not reflect the property’s current poor condition. On the second night, the room’s sink pipe fell out and my partner had to fix it. Breakfast was limited to noodles, fried food, or eggs—not suitable for everyone. Staff were unhelpful and unsupportive. Overall, very disappointing experience.
