Sansan Resort

The hotel always offers a great experience with a large outdoor swimming pool and a hot breakfast with fresh fruit.

The garden is very beautiful. The room is spacious. We were supported to rent motorbikes at a very cheap price of 180,000 kip/day. The motorbikes are very new. The staff also supported and scheduled for me. Full breakfast with fruit and egg dishes. The first day here we had a very good time.

The second day we spent the whole day at the large outdoor swimming pool. We lay back and relax in the sun. We felt completely rested after the first day of climbing and participating in adventure games. The friendly staff helped us change our towels and gave us two cold bottles of beer.

Nothing

The hotel was nothing like the photos—it was run-down, and the grounds were overgrown and poorly maintained. The pool didn’t look like the pictures either; it was dirty and not properly filled. There were loud roosters constantly crowing, and animals living in the roof, making it hard to sleep. We used the laundry service and were assured it would be ready the same day, but it wasn’t. Worst of all, there was never anyone at the reception, so if you had questions or wanted to book a tour, you were on your own. Would not recommend.

the pool was not so clean the resort was literally taken over by some chenese who made barbecue and plaied loud chenese music, no place in the pool. the parking was blocked by them. the rooms and very old fashioned and quite dirty.

Great service and first class hotel. My favourite place to stay!
