Great location, nice apartment, very clean

Everything was great

The location is near to the historic district. That is only positive thing that can be said about the property.

It was dirty. We found a dead cockroach in our bedroom. On the third evening, the stench of sewage was stifling. It was noisy. We were woken each night by activities in the adjacent alleyway. There is a loading dock there and enormous trucks blaring warning backup alarms woke us before daylight. There were people filming videos early in the midnight hours one night. It is a haven for drug users. The management is remote, people in other countries responded to our calls and texts, but only after hours had passed. When we reported the disgusting smell, someone eventually dropped off what they said was an air purifier that was approximately 9 inches square. Overall, staying at the property was a shockingly unpleasant experience

Parking: There is no parking, needed to make other arrangements off-site.

Very cool look and amazing location!

(Room 204) The location in the downtown historic district of Savannah was convenient, but NOISEY at night. Screaming from drunk people in the back alley on the first night, and very noisy in the hallway of the building itself on the second night. It would be helpful if the doors had hydraulic closers to cut down the bang when they close. The tap in the bathroom didn't function correctly; never could get hot water. The towel bar fell off the wall-- we put it back on, but it was installed incorrectly and will fall off again soon. Get a Keurig coffee maker and tell everyone to bring their own k-cups.

We loved everything about this apartment. Perfect location, great ammenities, etc.
