"A little gem in Porto"

This hotel is in a perfect situation for exploring Porto, a quiet oasis in a busy city, yet with convenient access to everything. We chose to stay in the Classic part to get a feel of old Porto, and were not disappointed. Our room was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hotel reception staff were excellent, especially Isabel, and very helpful to us. The food on offer at breakfast was wide-ranging and very tasty. It is a small hotel, which made it all the more pleasant for us. Highly recommend.

Hotel was lovely but service at breakfast very poor. Told that breakfast was served until 11am at weekend. Arrived at 9:40 and there was no hot breakfast items remaining. When I asked for eggs I was told that breakfast was finished and they were not able to cook anything for me or my husband. Complained to reception and they just shrugged their shoulders and said he couldn’t do anything about it as it
