Icon Duplo Ribeira is a real gem in the heart of Porto. The hotel is stylish, cozy and full of character, and the atmosphere is both elegant and very relaxed. The staff deserves the highest praise for their warm attitude and attention to every detail. We were particularly impressed by the director Fernando - always smiling, present and truly dedicated to making guests feel special. The breakfast was a real highlight of the stay: extremely tasty, fresh and with a great selection of local and quality products. If we visit Porto again, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

We had a wonderful experience at Icon Duplo Ribeira in Porto. The hotel perfectly combines modern design, comfort and the authentic atmosphere of the city, and the location next to Ribeira is ideal for exploring Porto on foot. The entire team was extremely kind, attentive and always ready to help. Special thanks to the manager Fernando, whose dedication, professionalism and personal approach made the stay even more special. And we can't help but mention the breakfast - absolutely magnificent! Fresh products, excellent quality, lots of variety and wonderful service. Without a doubt one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had.

Service is amazing - staff are exceptional. Location brilliant!

Rooms were very small and dark - better mirrors / full length! Breakfast terrible - they should have fresh orange juice as a bare minimum - no cartons. More health/ wellness and local portuguese!

The location was great. Close to all the activities on the river. A lot of fun. Breakfast was good.

The hallways were like dark dungeons. I felt like it was almost dangerous. Bathroom sink had no cosmetic storage.

Just returned home after spending a long weekend at this gorgeous hotel. Beautiful decor and spotless. Nothing too much trouble for all the staff. Very comfortable room and bathroom with rainfall walk in shower. Requested a kettle and accompanying cups, milk etc and was received literally five minutes later. Wide range of delicious food for breakfast. Great location to visit the attractions of Porto. Lovely restaurants literally on the doorstep. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Pretty much everything I liked. Great location and dedicated staff interested in our comfort and happiness.

Finding convenient power receptacles near both sides of the bed was a minor problem.
