Clean rooms nice hotel. but too noisy at night. dogs barking. loud music .

Incrvel, hotel maravilhoso, arquitetura unica, de um bom gosto incrivel, roupas de cama otimas, o restaurante o melhor de Oaxaca.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein echtes Hotel. Es ist mehr eine Instagram oder Event Location mit Restaurant. Angeblich war es ein privates Luxushaus vor dem Hotel. Das Design ist spektakulär aber es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten der Nutzung. Die Zimmer sind sehr warm und schlecht zu lüften da ohne Fenster. Die Mehrheit der Zimmer befindet sich direkt unter dem Restaurant und sind nicht Schall isoliert. Es ist unerträglich laut und sticking im Zimmer. Das Team ist sehr nett. Das Essen im Restaurant überteuert und nicht gut. Es ist sicherlich Geschmackssache aber ich würdees auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo, con una vista excepcional. La atención al detalle en el servicio es algo que sin duda brinda una experiencia muy agradable.

La ubicación es excelente y la comida es bastante deliciosa, lo que normalmente sería una puntuación perfecta, pero como no viene mucha gente, me picaron seriamente las chinches. Aunque les envíes un mensaje no harán nada al respecto. El hotel no te proporciona ningún tipo de atención desde el momento en que dejas de ser cliente. Si es un hotel de 5 estrellas, atención postventa. es un hecho.
