Hotel Montera Madrid, Curio Collection By Hilton

Excellent location within walking distance of many major sites including The Thyysen and Prado museums and the Royal Palace. Located in a pedestrian area with lots of shops, restaurants, and beautiful architecture. The rooms were superb, beds extremely comfortable, rooms were meticulously maintained and had all the best comforts. The hotel staff were very good and took care of us in an excellent manner, which contributed to our wonderful stay!

Wow an amazing hotel and so well located Staff are brilliant and so helpful

We had a 5 day stay at Hotel Montera in April and returned later in May for my wife’s birthday. When we first arrived we were warmly greeted and catered to while checking in and settling into our room. We had sent a note to the hotel before our visit asking for help with logistics to the Madrid Open Tennis Tournament. Upon entering the room we found tennis ball cutouts scattered around the bed and a desert on the table. How thoughtful! The hotel in a central Madrid location walking distance to all the sights and a metro station in front of the hotel. Rooms are very quiet, decorated nicely and very clean. There is a cool rooftop bar with sights of the city. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good with many choices and again, excellent staff. I would like to especially recognize Vangelis who warmly greeted us on every occasion, walked us into the Metro Station and to the location where we would connect to the Atocha station for our trip to Seville. The restaurants he recommended were our favorites and the one he made reservations for my wife when we returned in May for her birthday exceeded our expectations! Thank you Vangelis for making our visit a memorable occasion! We can’t wait for our next visit to the Hotel Montera!

This is the BEST Curio hotel we have experienced! The room is small compared to Asia Standards but in Europe .. it’s prob the average size . What stand out at Hotel is the Team & the SERVICE. The moment u stepped into the hotel, a wonderful staff greets u like ur family ! The staff is the best of all the hotels that we have stayed in Europe & we have stayed at a lot of places .. (60 countries + ) .. lucky us, they were able to accommodate our early arrival. We loved all the Bellmen - Vangelis , Angel, Benjamin, Cotus (from Romania) ! They were so wonderful - giving us great restaurant recommendations. Hailing a taxi, introducing us to the ‘library’ where we enjoyed a bottle of CAVa . Thx for a great experience!❤️

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. We were also very much pleased to be upgraded to the best suite.

Gorgeous attention to detail. Excellent staff. Perfect location to see Madrid on foot.

Breakfast is outstanding and so is the staff.

Not an issue but note that the location is very central and there is noise outside, but the windows are soundproof.
