Odanın temizliği, genişliği, oteldeki sessizlik, kaliteli kahvaltı ve güler yüzlü personel.

Otelin önü/etrafı aşırı kalabalık. Konumun çok merkezi olmasından kaynaklanıyor. Bu durum kimine göre avantaj olabilir. Buradan UBER'e binmek zor olabiliyor.

Amazing location and stylish decor. Lovely front door staff.

Expected more for the price. Tea and coffee wasn’t even replaced each day and water not included. Took 20 mins for a drink order Food was really expensive

Everything about our stay was absolutely amazing! The bedrooms were beautiful and so comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with great quality products, and the food overall was delicious. The location was also perfect and made everything so convenient. But above all, what truly made this stay special was the incredible kindness and professionalism of everyone working here. Every single person made us feel welcome and cared for, and thanks to them our stay was truly fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our experience so wonderful!

"Nous sommes pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour."

Emplacement idéal pour parcourir et visiter la ville sans compter le métro au pied de l'Hôtel. Les chambres sont parfaites au même titre que le petit déjeuner servi au dernier étage avec une vue sur tout Madrid. Le personnel est au petit soin.

Une des deux chambres était au 1er étage donnant sur la rue Montera. En dépit de la très bonne isolation cela reste un peu brillant. Privilégier les étages hauts.
