"Good stay but the female receptionist makes it unenjoyable"

Excellent location, big room and very good water pressure with hot water. AC works flawllessly and the breakfast was okay with 3 options to choose from (the kitchen only opens st 7am so for many tours it’s a bit too late).

There are two receptionists, the guy is amazing but the girl is very uniterested in her job. We requested an extra blanket, she claimed they don’t have. The next morning we asked the guy in the reception and he immediately got one for us. The girl talked loudly on the phone with the call on speaker for hours late in the evenings, and our room was just next to the reception, so it was just unacceptable behaviour. She also had not informed the kitchen that we have breakfast included so it was just a mess. Not sure how she has been hired. Unhelpful in every single situation.
