The room was nice and it was clean

When booking it was not made clear to us that this is a party hostel in addition to a hotel — not sure how it can be both in one, especially if hotel rooms are around the garden which is also the party area. They have signs up when you arrive that it’s also a party hostel and the music will be on until 3am, but surely they should tell you that in advance? Especially if advertising as a hotel and paying hotel room prices you don’t expect to sleeping (or - trying to sleep) in the middle of a club.

Good location, nice garden and clean room. Very nice staff and beer sold on site. Good complimentary coffee! This is indeed a party hotel, with loud music and lots of happy people, dancing late and in the night, but inform you about it in advance. Also, they kept our luggage for the night when we climbed Acatenango.

This was our second stay at this place, so we liked everything from the first time - room, location, staff.

The location was good, beds were comfortable and the room was clean and a decent size. Internet speed worked very well.

Rooms close to a bar (party hostel) so thursday, Friday and Saturday it's party until 0300. Should have known this when booking, but was surprised by the location of the room next to tables people were drinking and shouting. The bathroom wads okey, but the shower was a bit of a mystery because it was hard to get tampered water. The breakfast consisted of a platter of fruits and a little pancake. It was fresh, but I missed some proteins.

location was great, staff was great.

the place did not look at all as in the pictures, it was impossible to sleep with all of the noise and patying next to the rooms.

The hotel is a bar that plays extremely loud music unto 3 am. They over charged more than what was agreed upon by booking.com
