Phaedrus Living: Luxury Suite Nicosia 509

I arrived early and requested an earlier checking but they told me the room would be available at 3PM. I arrived at 3:20PM. When I entered the room I realized that it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. I contacted the management and was told that there had been an issue, obviously that was not true since they never contacted me to warn me that the room was not ready. They told me they would call someone to come and clean. After two hours of waiting and emailing back and forth nobody arrived. Had to book another hotel. Not recommended, terrible management.

Good location but once I step through the door I was so disappointed walls was covered in dirt and suspicious stains everywhere. I explained and asked for it to be cleaned was told it would yes they came in and made bed again however the walls and floor was still disgusting

The state of everything place needs to be clean properly and new carpet

The room had a smell coming from the bathroom. The door had a problem and an alarm went off when you open it and the linen was not that clean.🫤 there was toilet paper on a hole on the wall i had to with the picture that was next to it🫤🫤

Location is good ; communication with the host to check in/ out is very efficient.

Entry hall is very dark ; it has an expresso machine but no expresso pods available. Was given 1 sachê of Nescafé and absolutely not one water bottle :/
