Location is good, the premisis is nice, neat and clean. When we went that hotel was not so busy and hence all facilities were available for usage. Overall, not much to complain, I would say.

There are couple of things that we did not appreciate. - No towels were provided near the swimming pool, which does not reflect the stance "The Park" puts forth. - In the morning, we asked the staff if there is a bufffet. And the response was, if hotel is filled up, they will put a buffet, else it was ala carte. The next morning for breakfast, we were not very hungry, so we asked for "ala carte". But, the staff said it was only buffet. They were fine to let us was very disappointing, considering when it is not busy, they offer ala carte.

Staff behaviour, cleanliness, very good quality Toiletries and towels. Excellent spread of buffet breakfast.

Restaurant food is quite costly with respect to the quantity.

Good place to stay with best traiffs

The location is very serene. Though the property is not Beachfront but still the ambience is very good with serenity and greenery. The beach is only 7 mins walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast spread is excellent. The taste and quality of food is also quite good. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The food price is on the higher side. The number of staff is very less compared to the boarders. Only handful of staffs are there, who were struggling to meet the demands. Hence the service is late and compromised in some cases. However the staff behaviour is polite and good. There should be more staffs appointed.
