room size was decent

Room was clean.

I booked a in Zone by the Park, Gopalpur through booking.com. In a couple of days my travel plan changed, so I modified by booking. The app gave me a lower fare as I was checking out one day earlier now, than original booking. When I reached the hotel, they charged my credit card for the initial booking. As I pointed it out, they acknowledged the mistake and said that they did receive the notification for date change, but the money has been deposited to their owner's account and it cannot be returned now. They promised to "look into the matter" after I check out. I had to argue with them for half an hour, and then only they gave the extra money that the deducted to me in cash....no compensation for my harassment and time ! unprofessional staff.

Excellent property, very well maintained, short walk from the beach , staff very welcoming, fabulous food ! This hotel made our stay nicer !

Good spacious rooms

View from the room could be better for the price

Quite an impressive property with very well set up rooms and lobby. Was quite surprised to see such a big property in such a sleepy little place.

Noise through the walls was a bit of a downer but thankfully didn't last long.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Enjoyed the restaurants & food. Options for games room & pool, gym etc were good. Overall friendly and cordial staff.

Did not have a beach front. Swimming pool was heavily chlorinated
