The host was most attentive to any question and request I had. On my arrival I was asked what breakfast I preferred and I was offered a daily package of saffron rice mixed with all kinds of ingredients (chicken shreds, tofu, boiled egg, fiber, small vegetables, ...) as well as a whole plate with freshly cut fruits (water melon, banana, papaya, ..). For me this was perfect. I would prefer this anytime over a continental breakfast with bread as a basis. Although the bathroom is not aesthetically pleasing, the toilet, shower and sink all work well. Most importantly there is stable, hot water. The air-conditioning works well and keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. The beach, restaurants, a small supermarket, is all in a 2 to 10-minute walkable distance.

I had some trouble with tiny ants, but the host was most kind and helped me swiftly to get rid of them. (I haven't encountered a place in Bali that did not have ants. It's something you need to accept, prepare for, and deal with.) The hustle and bustle at the guesthouse starts early (around 6-6:30) in the morning with guests going on and about. The glass wall with the entrance door of the room is hardly able to keep the sound out. Then again you may want to benefit from those early hours to make most of the coolest hours of the day. It also helped me to get rid of my jetlag in a most efficient way.

Nice place to stay for our short vacation. They provide a spacious room, Wi-Fi, soap and shampoo, towels, and complimentary Indonesian breakfast (nasi Kuning/Jinggo/Goreng). The room is also clean and tidy. They also provide spacious parking area.

The location is a bit tricky, as it is in a housing area.

Rooms were old and not well maintained, breakfast was not good at all and seemed like left overs from another day. AC did not get cold. Pool looked dirty… just not a good place.

The room is spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. The person who cook the breakfast is very nice and welcoming, thanks to him !

The reception staff didn't help me at all even though a taxi tried to rip me off. They were unable to tell me how much a taxi ride from the airport to their establishment cost, strange for a hotel... Don’t expect to sleep after 6 a.m. The dog barking that no one stops, the rooster crowing, the curtains that are too thin and the windows that let in the sound of people talking. After 5 minutes of shower, the water becomes cold. The housekeeping was not perfect.
